The mission of the American Heart Association Smith County Division Stroke Support Group is to provide a venue for survivors, caregivers, healthcare professionals and guests to exchange ideas, experiences and information for the purpose of extending and enriching lives.

There is no cost to attend the Stroke Support Group and lunch is provided.
